March 11 Closing Date for Nominations
The election of officers of the New Bedford Lodge of Mosoe will be held on April 1 with the closing day for nominations set as March 11, according to an announcement made by the Lodge.
An announcement was also made that a series of beano parties will be held every Tuesday night, starting next week at the State Ballroom. the committee in charge of the affair comprises Manuel Gracia, chairman, George J. Viegas, Albert Berthiaume, William Andrade, Edmund Griffin, Frank Folger, Leo Tichon, Marcelino Francis, and Haskell Herman.
Joseph Francis, Chairman of the entertainment committee, reported that plans have been completed for a whist party to be held March 10 at Moose Home, North Sixth Street.
